Free shipping on orders of $50.00 (before sales tax) or more. If your order is less than $50.00 USD, shipping charge will be $5.00 per item. After your order has been processed it will be delivered via the following method.

We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $50.00 or more to all U.S. destinations except Hawaii and Alaska.
If the shipping/billing addresses are different or if the monthly payment option is selected, your order may be delayed pending order and/or credit approval.
For your security, high value orders may require a signature to be delivered. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.

You must return items in new or unused condition with all original packaging and materials included. ‘New or unused condition’ means that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes, nor any other damage(s) on the item, and that it has not been sized or altered in any way.
We will inspect your item upon receipt. If the item has been sized or altered in any way, or is not in new condition, it will not be accepted for exchange or refunds, and we will return it to you at your expense.
We must receive your returned items within 45 days of the original shipping date. If we receive your item after 45 days of the date of shipping, or if you did not use trackable shipping, we may refuse the return and ship it back to you at your expense.
All ‘Free Gifts’ received with purchase must be returned with products which are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted on products which are not returned with the Free Gift.

What is the Backorder Service?
We are delighted to announce that we are now offering a Backorder Service on our best selling items. This means that for those best selling items that are temporarily out of stock you will be able to reserve them ready for delivery to you when they come back in stock.The items with Backorder Service availability will be marked on the product page as “Backordered (Available on: MM/DD/YYYY)”
How does the Backorder Service Work?
You can place an item on backorder in the regular manner knowing that the delivery will not take place until the item is in stock. The date that it will be in stock is specified in the Product Page and the Shopping Bag. Once the item is in stock it will be shipped within 72 hours.Your credit card will only be charged at the time when the backordered item is shipped from our warehouse.
If you wish to change your order after you have placed it and prior to it being shipped, you can call our customer service number 1-424-354-9006 for further assistance.
You will receive an e-mail notification the day your backordered item has been shipped. In the unlikely event that your backordered item cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed on the reason of the delay.
How does it work if my order includes both backordered items and items in stock?
If an order consists of several items and one or more of those items are selected on backorder, the items in stock will be shipped immediately using the selected shipping method and the backordered items will be shipped separately upon arrival using the same shipping method selected when the order was placed.
